We are very happy to let you know that our beautiful production space is very allergy friendly. We are a fully vegan company which means we do not use any animal based products in our delicious chocolate (dairy, honey etc.) In addition, we do not use any soya, nut, egg or gluten containing ingredients and our factory is nut free.
We state on our packaging that we "cannot guarantee nut free". This is because there is a very small chance of nut contamination as our cacao is rainforest grown and processed which means in theory, a nut 'could' fall from a tree during the fermentation and drying processes, thus contaminating the cacao beans. The beans would at this point still be in their husk which is later removed. The risk to humans with nut allergies is therefore extremely slim, but a risk nonetheless.
